Temperature for baking this bread. Noticed on the YouTube video, the oven temp indicated is 325 degrees F. In the written instruction 425 F. ??

Check out the comments below the recipe. Aran Goyoaga confirmed (on March 30, 2021) that the temp should be 425F.

Tbh, I think it should be 425F for the first 30 minutes then 375F for the remainder of the bake time. Baking 1 hour + 45 minutes (out of pan) at 425F is an extremely long time for such a high temp

Agree about the high temp. I went ahead with 425F for an hour in the pan and then about 10 min out of the pan. It started to burn on the edges, so I took it out. Temp inside was about 208F. Crust is extremely crispy and hard to cut through. Inside pretty good considering I used the wrong type of psyllium. Next time will be better now that I have clarified these things with you.

The first time I baked at 425 and couldn't cut through the loaf. The second time I baked at 325 and it turned it much better, maybe a little moist but not bad.
