Is the semisweet chocolate with cayenne a pre-made mix?

I'm not sure if this is like a Mexican hot cocoa mix, or do you mean measure out 1 ounce of chocolate and add cayenne to taste?

There are a few brands that sell a chile-chocolate bars, which seems to be what this calls for. I've used this lindt bar occasionally, an the spice is noticeable, but not overwhelming. https://www.lindtusa.com/chili-excellence-bar-438092.
