Help! I'm afraid of my Merpa Pressure Cooker!
After purchasing and receiving the beautiful Merpa Stovetop Pressure Cooker (I've never used a pressure cooker in my life), I am now deathly afraid to use it! The instruction manual is translated, but not well enough to make me confident in cooking. I have watched youtube videos etc and can't find anything in English. PLEASE HELP - any guidance would be apprecaited!

There is also a MEPRA cooker on this website in The Shop. Might be worth a try to contact this department for possible links and directions.
