Dessert -olive oil cake - freezability

Its made of orange juice, olive oil, - almond flour- no butter. Too big for my family but would like to freeze in half

Hi! Any cake I've ever frozen has held up really well. Just make sure you wrap it tightly so it doesn't get freezer burn.
