1.) Run some through your food processor to make ground chicken and substitute for half the hamburger in a batch of taco meat. Don't season until after cooking. 2.) Are they seasoned ground chicken made into patties or are they chicken fillets seasoned on the outside? If the latter, can you wash them off and remove some/most of the seasoning? 3.) Write or email the manufacturer to let them know and ask for a refund.
If you know people who like hot food more than you do, give the bag of frozen patties to them or arrange a trade of similar value. If you are stuck with them, use them sparingly in various dishes to provide both crunch and protein. In all cases, don't season or severely under-season the rest of the dish, to allow the heat from the chicken to dilute over all the food in the new dish/serving. Places to use them might include: 1) soups (cream, broth, vegetable) 2) casseroles, like lasagna or ratatouille 3) as a topping for cooked pasta, polenta or mashed potatoes.
