Could you use Havarti in the place of the Fontina?

I would like to add crispy breadcrumbs for the top layer. Thoughts? Can you possible suggest how to do this? Thanks!

Hi Kim, yes havarti would work well, it's a good melting cheese

I don't see why you couldn't use Havarti. Flavor will different, but havarti is a good melting cheese.
