You fry them alive? Is there a more humane way to kill them first?

This was an interesting problem to think about. Ok, here's my attempt. Get a jar, put a crumpled paper towel on the bottem. Soak the bottom of the paper towel in vodka and seal the jar with the bugs. Either the alcohol fumes will make them drunk or kill them kindly. Haha. I originally thought to use rubbing alcohol but I'm not sure if that will impart a weird flavor to the bugs. Maybe try one first?? I have to give you props for being brave enough to try this. Please give a report!
