Skinless Cod substitute - HELP
All I have on hand is skinless cod fillets. And right now there is a countywide curvew so going back to the store in NOT an option. Will this still work? Can I skip the oven since my fish doesn't have a skin?? Thanks.

Finish cooking second side of fish in frying pan (until center opaque and/or about 130F).
Can coat the fish with wondra, matzo meal, crackers or cornmeal (baked and/or ground flour product).
