How to bake as boule, not a loaf?
Thank you so much for this great recipe! When I make a traditional whole wheat boule, I preheat my Dutch oven and then drop the dough inside with parchment paper and cook with the lid on. Would I be able to do the same with this recipe? What is recommended for a round loaf?
