Levain and dough measurements unclear

The recipe does not clearly denote if the amount of ingredients listed to create the levain should be subtracted from the total of flour, water etc when creating the dough the following day.

I.e. am I subtracting the 60g of flour I used to make the levain from the 500g that is called for in the recipe?

Hey Porsha, if you go to the recipe now and refresh the page, you should see the ingredient amounts clearly separated out for the levain vs. the roll dough. (For example, you'd need to use 60g flour for the levain, 440g for the roll dough.) Hope this helps!
