Sub all purpose with Bread flour?

Would you recommend bread flour for this recipe? If so, would you adjust any of the measurements?

That'll work. Typically, if I swap out AP for BF, the dough might require a little added hydration (water, milk, etc.) to get to the same feel. But it might not be necessary with this dough because it's already pretty soft. Just be aware, you might need to add some when mixing!
