New protocol details for adding a recipe to the site?

Hi! I have added recipes in the past but went to add one today and it said it was pending moderation or review. Any idea the time frame is for this? Asking bc I also got an error message after clicking "back to recipe" once I'd completed submitting and am wondering if it is still under review or I accidentally deleted it. Thanks!
