Yes, tempeh can be frozen, as purchased (about 10 months) and after cooking (not as long, a few months). Both because majority of recipes here are contributed by home cooks who don't figure nutrition and, if memory serves from one of their cookbooks, the co-founders don't favor it, there usually are no nutritional values given. If you want them, either use a nutritional data program to work out results yourself or get a rough idea from a similar recipe at a site that does favor their use.
