Can you make the herb paste in advance?
Wondering if it works well to prep the herb paste, say 6h In advance - or even a day early.

Don't know if it will be better if made in advance. But it may well be equal to making it just before serving.
The base of the soup is very similar to other green sauces (pesto, salsa, German Grune Sosse) and they last a few days to a week in the fridge in top condition, so the soup should be fine made in advance.
