herbed or regular goat cheese?

So I've got a huge package of plain soft goat cheese. Several reviewers have recommended herbed goat cheese or Boursin. Maybe I should herb up this goat cheese first? If so what should I use?

Use whatever herbs you like. Basil would be good. I have used regular goat cheese and that is great too. You really can't go wrong.
