Can this made into cupcakes and how many would it make?

Could I put makes this into cupcakes instead? What in the recipe would change if I did that? Would the cook time just change?

Hi Melanie! While I haven't tried it myself you could certainly make these into cupcakes – just cook until browned on the top, about 18-20 minutes.
