Do we need to butter the pan before putting in the crust dough? Is this difficult to get slices out after it is baked?

After reading some reviews of people who made this, many said it was hard to get out, crust was hard and burnt.

I would not bake at such high temp and put aluminum foil on top of crust so it wont burn.

I would definitely grease it well with butter!

I wondered that too. But she doesn't seem to have any problem in the video. Even if use a little butter to grease cant imagine it hurting if not needed.
