Can you freeze this and cook it later?

Just wondering if you can make a lot of it and then freeze it for later? Or refrigerate it for later use?

Yes, absolutely! Freeze them on the parchment-lined baking sheet until solid, about 1-2 hours, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container. Cook them straight from frozen when you're ready to use them!
