You can always add your discard to just about any yeast dough recipe. If you do, I would cut back some of the dry yeast, perhaps by a teaspoon worth, to offset the additional beasties in the starter. I assume you don't mean to use the starter without yeast- but you could do that as well if you wanted. You would want to use twice as much of your starter though, and definitely allow for an overnight first rise.
