How long would this keep in the fridge? Can you freeze it?

It sounds like storing this is not an issue for most but I'm thinking of cutting it in half for one person.  I'd prefer to make the 2 cups if I can freeze it or keep it in the fridge for a bit.

In theory, one can freeze bean spreads, but in practice i find the results ok but dull tasting.
Cooking for one, I find the same problem with how much hummus or black bean spread to make.
My solution is to make smaller amounts of spread, and freeze the extra beans (which hold up better) for a future small batch of spread.
