Sugar Pie pumpkin Pie dairy alternative

Is it possible to swap the milk for a non dairy substitute ? Almond, oat or?

I've made pumpkin pie and other puddings and custards very successfully with nondairy milks. For best results try to keep the fat content similar; full-fat coconut milk is a pretty good substitute for heavy cream and the richer versions of oat milk and soy milk for whole milk.
