Can I use chicken breasts as well as thighs?
My husband will only eat the breast meat - I suspect this will work well with that type of meat too? Even if not, I love thighs so I can't wait to make this!!

This recipe would be just fine with chicken breasts!
A few points to make about using breasts vs thighs :
- If your chicken breasts or boneless you will want to start checking them a little earlier than the recipe recommends. The bone in the thigh will slow the cooking process a bit.
- Because chicken breasts tend to be a little more dry than thighs it's a good idea to temp your meat for doneness. Aim for 165, any lower is unsafe, but too long at a higher temp may result in dryer meat.
