Hi! I love Gena's recipes—this looks sooo good. Stuffing is pretty forgiving, so you have a few options:
1) Make the recipe from start to finish, cover well, take it wherever you're going, and serve room temp. 2) Make the recipe from start to finish, cover or don't, and gently reheat when you get there. 3) Make the recipe, but stop before the last step (baking at 350°F for 20 minutes), and do that when you arrive.
