I left the turkey in the oven overnight on 200. Oven turned itself off. Can I continue to cook, or just throw it out?

Im so sorry to hear that. If there is any chance that the turkey sat out at room temperature raw/uncooked for 2 hours or more unfortunately it is unsafe to eat. The "Danger Zone" between 40 and 140 °F — at a temperature where foodborne bacteria multiply rapidly.
