Slice in 1/2. Toss in olive oil & minced garlic. Spread on a baking sheet. Salt & pepper. Roast at 400 F til browned (about 20 min).

Separate the leaves, fry them like potato chips, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with crisp bacon bits.
