Can I continue the bulk fermentation overnight?

After the folds and completed bulk ferment it still is fairly wet and no bubbles. Can I let it bulk ferment overnight and then shape for the baking?

Yes, you can definitely do that. If you're going to leave it out your kitchen needs to be rather cool to ensure it doesn't overproof. If you feel it has some fermentation going, you could put the bulk fermentation container into the fridge. The next day, take it out, let it warm for 15 to 30m, preshape, rest 30m, then shape and let proof on the counter until puffy and ready to bake.
