Making this: http://bit.ly/dDiJCz can it be frozen? How long would it keep in the fridge? Would not add yoghurt until eating.

It think this could be frozen just fine (without the yogurt and coriander/cilantro garnishes, as you said). In the fridge, it'll be fine for up to a week -- the flavor should even improve after a day or two!
