Directions to saute or pressure cook.
If I am skipping the pancetta, but still will saute the shallots, do I saute for approx 15 min and add the milk cream broth pecorino and pasta. Then do I turn on the Pressure cooker mode? It was a bit unclear in the first line or two of the directions. Why the 15 min timer?
