When to add to red pepper flakes?

Hi there, the recipe never instructs to add the red pepper flakes. We got to the end where it says "add more red pepper flakes" to realize we never added - I assume it is when you add the sweet potatoes? Would be good to update if so!

Depends how spicy hot you want the curry. The longer it cooks, the hotter it will be. Adding at the end if you want more heat.
