Food 52 Love (and not so much . . .)

There is soooo much to love about Food 52. I am a bit addicted. My latest joy was making the lovely minestrone with Napa cabbage - delicious! Just read today's piece on the clean-up checklist (great practice). My frustration is with the product line: 20 of the 29 offerings are Made in China--a real turn-off for me. No doubt it is a matter of production cost, but I stand on my principals and will not purchase these even though I generally am excited to read all about them and WANT them.
