Yes you could use smoked salt or crispy leeks as garnish.
Also anything that has some of the characteristics for which the bacon was being used - crunch, protein, salt, umami - thus, nuts, crispy fried garbanzos, party snack of mixed salted snacks.

Sorry, it was pancetta not bacon. I think you'll still be looking for similar characteristics to contrast with the asparagus.
