My pantry is bare! Any other flour useful?

I can make my own Nutella, and I have eggs, but I am out of buckwheat flour! Is there another Flour that you can recommend to use in this recipe? I wondered about barley flour, or ground oats, or even a blend of amaranth and teff. What’s your best recommendation?

Hi there! I haven't tried this brownie template with any of those flours, but I feel like this is a perfect recipe to play around with. Barley flour sounds especially delicious to me.

I was thinking the same thing...try another flour? Don't see why it wouldn't. Considering this only has 1/2 cup of flour in it. I was thinking teff or a combo of buckwheat and almond?
