Hi Darlene! Cod can definitely be done in the oven. It depends on the thickness of the fillets, but you could bake for roughly 15 to 20 minutes at 400°. It could also be nice to bake the cod at a lower temp (say, 325°) for a little longer—maybe 25 minutes.
