Flavorful side recipe for frozen spinach

Can’t go to store and embarrassed to say “cupboard” is severely bare. I have frozen spinach, fresh garlic, butter, a 1/2 bar of cheddar cheese, and a small amount of whole milk (but a pkg of non-dairy powdered milk-never used before). I have some other stuff but those are the items I thought would be needed to construct an edible side dish. Any suggestions?

Creamed spinach!

Make a white sauce with that milk. Add a bit of freshly grated nutmeg if you have any. Mix in cooked, well-drained spinach.
