How to roll out the final dough

Question

You say to roll out to 12x12 and cut into 3 strips each way to make 12. Wouldn't this make 9? Also, is this for a while batch or half? I feel like in the video it was half the dough, but this recipe seems like a while batch.

Hi there! To clarify, in the cutting step, you cut first into 3 rows horizontally, then into 4 vertically - to make 12 pieces total! Happy Baking!
