Be a GOOD neighbor. Are you a good one?

Hi!
I need your advice. When I moved to my husband his neighbor have only horses but now they have a two donkeys. Their noises is becoming very annoying. How can I reach them to tell that not all people are sharing their horses love. I want to avoid a drama. How can I ask them in polite form to move their donkeys in another area?
