How do you think this would freeze?

This soup is in our old-weather rotation. So yummy and filling! Any ideas on how well this would freeze?

Most soups and stews freeze exceptionally well. This extends to stew-like dishes such as ratatouille and various chilis.

The primary caveat is that dairy (such as milk or cream that is added at the end to finish) should be withheld from the portion that is intended to be frozen. This is not an issue with this particular soup since there is zero dairy.
