Is the salmon Cooked salmon or uncooked?

I’m wondering if the fresh salmon is supposed to be cooked already?

I believe it's both. Commenters below mentioned the fresh, but I believe smoked salmon is already cooked.

Uncooked salmon.  You will be cooking the patties 2-3 minutes per side in a pan.
