Can the leftover sage oil be frozen?

There’s no way I’d be able to use all of it in two days and it sounds too delicious to waste.

Probably yes, because both pesto and olive oil freeze well.
Good to potion into small containers or an ice cube tray, so you can defrost and use just what you need each time.
