I have a question about the recipe "Rhubarb with Earl Grey Tea, Cardamom, and Orange Zest" from chez danisse. I can't get Meyer Lemons; how much regular lemon juice should I use instead? I'm eager to make this for Passover tomorrow. Thanks.
My guess is that the same amount of regular lemon juice should work just fine. Enjoy!
