Yes, I'm sure they will. Let them cool thoroughly, and then wrap tightly. i usually freeze baked goods with a double layer - wrapping tightly with cling film and then wrapping that in freezer paper.
If making for a party or other special occasion, I'd wrap the scones before drizzling the icing and then add the icing right before serving. That will ensure that the icing tastes extra lemony. ;o)
