The ones from Trader Joe's are just as good as any other I've ever tried. They've been my go-to for years.
I dump the entire tin into an 8-oz mason jar, which I keep on the fridge. The fishy oil left when the anchovies are all used goes into any dressing, sauce or marinade which includes anchovies. ;o)
For everyday cooking, whatever I find in the grocery. For a special dish or special event, better imported brands from Sicily or Spain. Lists of recommended and available brands change yearly. You'll find some near you and/or on line.
