Looking for lavender paste recipes?

I came across a tube of lavender paste at a specialty store that was being sold at a steep discount. I couldn't resist and now need some help discovering ways to use it.

Lavender paste sounds amazing! I would infuse some milk or cream with a small amount of the paste and then use the lavender milk (or cream) in a latte.

Cara - a few ideas. Hidden in frosting between two layers of a cake. In macaron frosting. As a wave/ripple in ice cream. More ideas / recipes on line, like a lovely Earl Grey and lavender cupcake.
