Yes you can use only AP flour for this cinnamon zucchini bread. Generally when replacing whole wheat with white flour one uses about 14% more, which would mean 6 tbsp of AP flour. But since the original measurement is so small (1/3c ww or about 5 tbsp), you could also use the original 1/3 cup....it won't make much difference.
