Why did my bananas turn bluish black?

My bananas had a slight bluish black when I turned it out of the pan. That color darkened a bit and the cake looked a bit odd. Any suggestions? Was it the cast iron skillet. Want to make this again but want it to be the golden brown.

Gosh. So sorry about that. I’m actually not sure. I always use a cast iron skillet when i make it, and have never had that problem.
