I have a New Zealand cookbook (appears to be from 1985) that calls for Bournville Cocoa. What can I substitute?

I found online that Bournville chocolate is made by Cadbury (or was) but I can't find anything that actually says what it is, so I don't know what I can substitute (we don't have it where I live). Is it a dutch process cocoa? Is it a drink mix? I've seen different information online. Is there anyone out there who knows of this product and knows what I can substitute it with? Can I just use Hersheys Cocoa? The cookbook calls for other Bournville or Bournvita products as well, but the only recipe's I'm looking to make at this time are for the cocoa. Thanks!!

More searching found yes it is a dutch processed cocoa, so use any similar product. Also fair trade.
