Help, I’m short on cocoa powder

I’m in the midst of making these and I’ve mixed the wet ingredients together. But for the dry, I only have 1/3 c of cocoa! I do have have semisweet chocolate chips though, could I use those?

Update: I forgot I had a 2 oz piece of unsweetened chocolate! Going to try using this (vs the chips)

And I meant could I use 1/3 c of cocoa powder that I do have plus melted chocolate chips? If so, how much should I use if the recipe calls for 2/3 c cocoa?
