I accidentally put 1 TBS of baking soda into my cooking chicken soup. Is it spoiled?

This is a large pot - about 4 cups of soup maybe more.

Thank you so much. I added some more water just to be safe and it does taste fine.

How does it taste? If it tastes ok, it's probably going to be fine. Some people put baking soda in soup on purpose to cut the acidity. See this article. https://food52.com/blog...
