Recipe looks great, but is the olive oil amount in the dressing correct? 2 cups??

Nancy, the recipe has been edited. The original recipe had 2 cups of olive oil in the dressing.

Don't see the 2c oil in this recipe.

That looks wrong to me, too. Maybe it’s 1/2 cup? Here’s what I would do: whisk the other dressing ingredients together, and then drizzle in olive oil a little at a time till it tastes good to me. I like dressings to be tart, so I rarely use the amount called for in a recipe, and this way works fine.
