Non-dessert Key Lime Recipe Suggestions

I have a key lime tree in my backyard that produces a massive amount of fruit all year long. We're not a big dessert family, so looking for some delicious savory recipe suggestions.

PS Another direction. Pitcher batches of lime cocktails (or mocktails) to welcome guests at the start of (holiday) dinners.

Well the first thing I would try would be a key lime version of Moroccan preserved lemons.
